Enjoy it with a whole scotch fillet ideally cooked on the bbq. Also would make a good partner for ratatouille.
Parcels of Merlot and Cabernet Sauvignon were harvested at optimum ripeness. The grapes were fermented in stainless steel tank with frequent pump-overs and plungings to ensure good colour and tannin extraction. The blend was assembled in late 2016 and spent a further six months in oak prior to bottling.
Aromas of black and red currants. Light-medium bodied. Flavours of redcurrants and blackcurrant combined with herb and oak spice. Good balance.
